Pre-settlement funding is not a traditional loan.

Receiving legal funding is commonly referred to as a “lawsuit loan” or “pre-settlement funding” but please note this is not a traditional loan since if you lose your case, you owe us nothing. This type of loan is referred to as a non-recourse loan & is the only type of legal funding Stonewood Funding provides it’s clients.

Are you looking for a cash advance on your legal settlement in Vernon, CA?

A car accident can be a devastating experience – not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. The result may be painful injuries, financial losses, and even the loss of a loved one. In addition to the physical and psychological suffering, victims of car accidents may be faced with the daunting prospect of negotiating a fair settlement in court. Unfortunately, this process can often lead to lowball offers that leave victims feeling frustrated and powerless.

That’s why it’s important to explore all your options when pursuing a car accident claim. One such option is a pre-settlement auto accident loan from Stonewood Funding. This legal funding option provides immediate cash assistance for car accident claims while you wait for your lawsuit to be settled in court or through negotiations with the insurance company.

These loans are available for all types of auto accidents including taxi accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, semi-truck crashes, RV accidents, and more – regardless of who or what caused the mishap. Moreover, our funding options are non-recourse, meaning you don’t have to repay the loan unless you win the lawsuit.

About Vernon CA

Vernon is a city with a population of only 222 people according to a 2020 consensus and has a total area of 5.16 square miles. It is the second least populated city in California after Amador City. The mostly consists of different industrial areas such as meatpacking and warehouses. On January 9th, 1847 it was the site of the battle of La Mesa, the final battle of the California Campaign during the Mexican-American War. A few years later the city was incorporated in 1905 by the ranchers James J. and Thomas J. Furlong and John B. Leonis. The reason for this was to promote industrial development on the railroads in the area. Leonis also leased property to the founders of the city so they could build a baseball stadium, a 7000-seat boxing arena, and the world’s longest bar which is 100 feet long and has 37 bartenders.

Vernon is located about 5 miles south of downtown LA and has the GPS coordinates 34° 0′ 4″ N, 118° 12′ 40″ W (34.001111, -118.211111)
