The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between You (also referred to as the User) and Stonewood Funding (also referred to as the Company, We, or Us). Use of the Stonewood Funding website is taken as agreement to these terms and conditions.

User data, such as names, contact details, case information, law firm contact details, etc. is collected as supplied by the User and is protected by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect information that is not freely provided in application forms or other correspondence with the User.

Intellectual Property Rights

Stonewood Funding retains the rights to the entirety of its website contents, including (but not limited to): images, text, trademarks, functionality, video, audio, designs, slogans, branding, graphics, etc.

The User is prohibited from using website content for any purpose other than the intended purpose, including both commercial and non-commercial use. Any rights not specified herein are reserved by the Company.

Legal Funding Decisions

Stonewood Funding is not required to approve pre-settlement legal funding, lawsuit loans, or any other form of financial assistance, to potential clients. The Company reserves the right to deny an application, for any reason, without incurring liability.

Decisions regarding legal funding are made solely at the discretion of the Company and its underwriters, based on factors including (but not limited to):

  • Lawsuit length
  • Expected compensation
  • Previous litigation history of legal representatives
  • Amount of compensation requested
  • Availability of funds

Qualification for pre-settlement legal funding does not automatically entitle a User to approval or funding.

Constitution of Agreement

These terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and any other policy dictated by the Company on this website, represent the entire agreement between Users and Stonewood Funding. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements.

Use of this website in violation of the terms and conditions listed herein may result in legal action by the Company against the User.
